For businesses doing $1M+ a year
Diamond Turtle runs your ads, website, CRM and follow-up as one connected system, measured on one number: what it costs you to win a customer. Tell us about your business and we'll tell you, on a 30-minute call, whether the program fits and what the number should be.
The guarantee. We beat the cost to acquire a customer you're paying today, measured against your own baseline, or our management fee is waived until we do. Terms below.
No slides. No retainer before the call. If we're not a fit, we'll say so.
Under a minute. Then you pick a time and we bring the numbers to the call.

What you get
Every business in the program gets all three. They're written down because you should be able to hold us to them.
We take the cost to acquire a customer you're paying right now, from your own data, and set it as the baseline. Ninety days after launch we measure the same way. If we haven't beaten it, our management fee is waived until we do.
Ad spend is separate. Full terms below.
Sign an agency agreement and the conversion-built website comes with it: pages, offer, forms, tracking and speed, designed around the next step you want a visitor to take. Not a template. Built for the traffic we're about to send it.
Free with an agency agreement. Also available on its own. Terms below.
Ads, website, CRM, AI receptionist and automated follow-up, run by one team and reported on one number. No handoffs between vendors, no "the CRM is somehow your problem," and one report that goes past clicks to customers won.
Included in every engagement.
How it works
Thirty minutes. We look at your current cost per customer, where inquiries go after they arrive, and what the website does with the traffic you already pay for. You leave with a number and a plan, whether or not you hire us.
We document your acquisition cost from your own accounts and agree on how it's measured. Then we build: the website, the CRM, the follow-up sequences and the AI receptionist, before the first dollar of new spend.
Google, Meta and the follow-up go live together. Every inquiry lands in the CRM, gets answered in minutes, and is tracked through to whether it became a customer.
We compare the new cost per customer to the baseline. Beat it, and we keep going. Miss it, and the fee is waived until we don't.
Where the money leaks
Most $1M+ businesses we audit aren't short on traffic. They lose the customers they already paid for, in one of these four places.
A paid call rings out while your team is on a job. Most callers don't leave a message; they call the next name on the list. The AI receptionist answers every one, books the appointment, and texts you the summary.
The form comes in at 9pm Friday. Someone sees it Monday. By then the customer has been quoted twice. Automated follow-up replies in under a minute, every hour of the week.
Traffic arrives and finds a brochure. No clear offer, no obvious next step, a form that goes nowhere. That's the traffic you're already buying. The rebuilt site turns it into inquiries before you spend another dollar.
Clicks are up. Leads are up. Nobody can tell you how many became customers or what each one cost. We connect ads, CRM and sales so the report ends at revenue, not impressions.

Questions owners ask first
Before launch we pull your cost per customer from your own accounts for the previous period and write it down, along with exactly how it was measured. Ninety days after launch we measure the same way. If the new number isn't lower, our management fee is waived until it is. Ad spend paid to Google or Meta is always separate. The full conditions are at the bottom of this page.
A conversion-built site on WordPress: your pages, offer, forms, calendar, tracking and speed work, designed around the traffic we're sending it. It's included with an agency agreement and you own it. Scope is agreed in writing before build; very large or ecommerce catalog sites are quoted separately.
Don't need the ads yet? We build websites as a standalone project as well. Fill out the form, pick "website" as what needs the most attention, and we'll scope and quote it on the call.
A monthly management fee plus your ad spend, which you pay directly to the platforms. We'll tell you the fee on the call once we know your market and what needs building. Most businesses in the program invest between $3K and $25K a month all-in.
Usually, and it's the part owners end up liking most. The CRM, AI receptionist, follow-up and reporting run on one platform we set up for you, so every lead is tracked from first click to signed customer. If you have a system you can't leave, tell us on the call and we'll look at connecting to it.
You'll pick a time for the 30-minute call on the next page. Before it, we look at your website and what we can see of your advertising so the call is about your numbers, not ours. Nothing is sold on the call; you leave with a written summary either way.
Step 1 of 2
Two minutes to see if the program fits. Then a 30-minute call where we work it out with your numbers, on the table, whether or not you hire us.

Guarantee terms. The 90-day guarantee applies to businesses with a minimum of 90 days of existing advertising data, an agreed monthly ad budget, and a completed onboarding. The baseline cost per customer is calculated from the client's own advertising and sales records for the period immediately before launch and confirmed in writing, together with the attribution method, before the guarantee period begins. The guarantee period runs 90 days from campaign launch. If the measured cost per customer at day 90 is not below the baseline, Diamond Turtle's monthly management fee is waived until it is. Media costs paid to advertising platforms and third-party software fees are not covered. Requires the client to respond to leads produced by the system and to implement agreed recommendations within a reasonable time.
Website terms. The website is provided at no additional charge with a signed agency agreement of at least twelve months, and is scoped in writing before build. Hosting, domain and premium third-party licenses are billed at cost. The client owns the site and its content; if the agreement ends before twelve months, the balance of the website's standard fee becomes due. Websites are also available as a standalone project without an agency agreement, quoted after the strategy call.
