5 Revenue Levers That Double Your Business in 90 Days

The five things we change first in every account. Same five, every time, because they are the ones that actually move a number inside a quarter.

Most owners are running three of them badly and have never heard of the other two.

The Guarantee

Full terms

Last updated: July 2026

What we promise

We lower your cost per acquired customer below your documented baseline within 90 days of campaign launch. If we do not, we keep managing your accounts at no management fee until we do, or until you end the engagement.

Who qualifies

You have spent at least $5,000 per month on Google Ads or Meta Ads for the three consecutive months before we start.
You can produce platform and CRM records for that period showing spend and acquired customers.
You are on a paid engagement in good standing, with fees current.
You are not a current or former client returning within 12 months of a prior guarantee claim.

How the baseline is set

Before launch we agree a single written baseline figure in your service agreement: total media spend divided by acquired customers over the trailing 90 days. Once signed, that number does not change. If records are incomplete or disputed, the guarantee does not apply.

What counts as an acquired customer

A closed, paid transaction attributed to a tracked marketing source. Leads, quotes, appointments, form fills and calls do not count. Attribution comes from the tracking we install; if you disable, alter or block it, measurement stops and so does the guarantee.

Like-for-like comparison

The measured period is compared to the baseline on the same service or product mix, the same geography, and the same season. A material change on your side, including new lines, new markets, price changes above 15%, or a change of offer, resets the baseline by agreement or voids the guarantee.

What you must do

Maintain at least your baseline monthly media spend for the full 90 days.
Give us creative control of ads and landing pages, and approve or reject within three business days.
Keep our tracking, call handling and follow-up systems switched on and unmodified.
Respond to leads through the agreed process and keep outcome data current in the CRM.
Keep the capacity, licensing, staffing and stock to serve the demand we generate.

Missing any of these pauses the 90-day clock for the days affected. Missing them for more than 10 days in total voids the guarantee.

What the remedy is, and is not

The remedy is continued work at no management fee. It is not a refund, a credit, a rebate, or payment of your media spend, and it is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Media spend, third-party software and platform fees remain payable by you throughout. Our total liability under this guarantee is limited to the management fees you paid in the 90-day period.

Outside our control

The guarantee does not apply where performance is affected by account or page suspension, platform policy changes or outages, refusal of an ad category, legal or regulatory action, or events beyond either party's reasonable control.

Claiming

Submit a claim in writing within 30 days of the end of the 90-day period, with the platform and CRM records for the measured period. We verify against the same sources. Claims made after 30 days, or without records, are not eligible.

General

One active guarantee per business. We may update these terms for new engagements; the version attached to your signed agreement is the one that governs yours. Where these terms and your service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls. Governed by California law, venue Los Angeles County.

Who we are

Diamond Turtle ("Diamond Turtle," "we," "us") is a direct-response marketing agency operating from 2447 Pacific Coast Highway, Fl 2, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our services, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything else you type into a form, send by text, or tell us on a call.
Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from advertising platforms. Aggregated campaign and conversion data from providers such as Google, Microsoft, Meta and Yelp.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, deliver and improve our services, send you material you asked for, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Call recording and AI processing

Calls placed to or from numbers we operate may be recorded, transcribed and analyzed, including by automated and AI systems, for quality assurance, training and reporting. California is a two-party consent state. You will be notified at the start of any recorded call and may decline recording or ask to speak with a person at any time.

Text messaging

By providing a mobile number you consent to receive service and marketing text messages from Diamond Turtle, including messages sent by automated systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

We use first- and third-party cookies, pixels and similar technologies to run analytics and advertising, including remarketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through the settings offered by the relevant advertising platform.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who work on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, CRM, telephony and advertising vendors, each bound to use it only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Client data

Where we process data on behalf of a client, that client is the controller of the data and its own privacy policy governs. We act as a service provider and process that data only on documented instructions.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell), and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To make a request, email the address below. We will verify your identity before responding.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the date shown above. For questions or to exercise a privacy right, contact us at privacy@diamondturtle.com or at the mailing address listed at the top of this policy.

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services provided by Diamond Turtle. By using the site or engaging our services you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our services

Diamond Turtle provides direct-response marketing services, including paid media management, creative and landing page production, email and SMS marketing, analytics and attribution, and access to our AI systems for voice, messaging, automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Engagements and fees

Engagements run in ninety-day terms and continue month to month afterward unless your written agreement says otherwise. Management fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service period begins. Late amounts may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

Media spend

Advertising spend is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to the advertising platform on your own payment method, in accounts you own. We do not front media budgets and are not responsible for platform billing errors, account suspensions, or policy decisions made by third-party platforms.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, timely access to accounts, and prompt review of deliverables.
Hold all licenses, registrations and insurance required to operate your business and advertise your services.
Ensure any contact data you supply was collected lawfully and with the consent required for calls, texts and email.
Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and any other law applicable to your outreach.

AI systems

Our AI Voice, AI SMS, AI Automations and AI Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products generate and send communications automatically based on the configuration you approve. You remain responsible for the content of communications sent from your accounts and for the disclosures and consents applicable in your jurisdiction. We provide recording notices and opt-out handling as standard, and you agree not to disable them.

Performance guarantee

Where a performance guarantee is offered, it applies only on the written terms stated in your service agreement, requires that you maintain the agreed media budget and creative control, and compares like periods and like service mix. It does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

Ownership

You own your advertising accounts, your contact database, and the final creative, copy and landing pages produced specifically for you, once fees are paid in full. We retain ownership of our software, AI systems, templates, frameworks, processes and any pre-existing materials, and may use anonymized performance data to improve our services.

The Diamond Shell AI CRM is licensed, not sold. On termination you may continue it on a separate subscription, or request a complete export of your customer records in a standard machine-readable format at no charge.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public business information and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives termination.

No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including your pricing, capacity, close rate, service quality, market conditions and third-party platform behavior. Except for any written performance guarantee, we make no representation that any particular result, ranking, lead volume or revenue figure will be achieved. Any figures shown on this site are illustrative and are not a promise of comparable results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate at the end of a term on thirty days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment or for use of the services in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or likely to cause harm. On termination we will provide reasonable transition assistance and hand over the assets you own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the date shown above. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions can go to legal@diamondturtle.com.
